I think it depends on which agent you get. So I sent the package back, I'm waiting to receive the refund before trying a peb which seems to work better 👍🏼 thank you for everything

Did they deny the refund?

After the investigation, they decided not to reimburse me. So I found an excuse to return the product, so I will have my refund but without keeping the product.
