RE: Laptop Delivery - Lupin - 12-21-2022

- Driver somehow entered the building and knocked on my door, but I did not answer.
- He left the package right in front of my door, adding a random signature which isn't mine.
- No photo was taken as evidence.
- For some strange reason, Royal Mail's tracking page shows that the package was delivered to the wrong GPS coordinates. It indicates a different building about 100m way.
How do I proceed?
The guy basically did SEd them for you, enjoy your new laptop!

You got lucky I think a Christmas miracle happened to you. Write to them and they should give you a refund.

What was their message/conversation when they approved the claim?
Apologised, explained that this was out of the ordinary and offered to schedule future deliveries to my local post office. Great stuff!
