Driver didn't follow procedure so I claimed a perfect dna. They told me they're investigating so I will update. On the replacement I'll be claiming EB

Good combination to double dip.



Driver was scared and in a rush because of my rottweiler. Threw the package down and left. Without any signatures or pictures ect.

Feeling confident in the double dip now aswell. Nice gift for my sister.

Just received my replacement. The case with earbuds inside weighs 70ish grams and whole package weighs 200grams

Just so i can be absolutely certain I am claiming
Upon opening the bose package the case wasn't inside. But the wire and accessories stuff are still there?
