RE: Dyson SN what to do ? - Ordnael92 - 11-20-2022 Beware, I receintly had trouble with Dyson. They insisted on me returning the device (a V15 motor) and didn't budge when I claimed I had disposed of it. "Too bad, you should've contacted us rather than tossing it away, no matter if it was catching on fire and coud've burnt your house down lol", that kinda was their reply on phone. It becomes hard ahah, in this case it is necessary to make boxing or disappearing ink I imagine RE: Dyson SN what to do ? - BetterThings2 - 11-21-2022 (11-20-2022, 01:02 PM)Ordnael92 Wrote: Beware, I receintly had trouble with Dyson. Like they are acting in bad faith by stating I should not have disposed of a dangerous item that had the potential to cause serious harm. Are you supposed to hang on to a defective Item that has the potential to cause personal Injury, just to satisfy Dyson's needs? In the absence of the motor, their only way of coming to my aid would've been with me providing a POP and them giving me a nice discount code for the shop... yeah, sure, I told them, as if I'd ever buy from you again after such an awesome customer service experience! You didn't wait for anyone to come and collect It - It's a defective/dangerous product and you couldn't take the risk of It sitting anywhere near your home, hence It was Immediately disposed of at a nearby waste department. The phone operator was waaaay more understanding than the one I had dealt with before, said things like "in no way will Dyson allow one of its users to be left unserviced like this". But they now want a POP. I could easily forge one, I know, but... does somebody know whether they conduct thorough investigations on them to prove whether they're real or not? I wouldn't want to fu$£ my claim up at this point just because of a forged POP. RE: Dyson SN what to do ? - mothered - 11-22-2022 (11-22-2022, 09:05 AM)Ordnael92 Wrote: But they now want a POP.
