If It was the opposite, the DNA would almost be a fail-safe method.

So I wasn't able to cancel the order as it had already shipped, its stated to get here tomorrow should i try meeting with the courier for hand to hand delivery to prevent photo being taken and claim DNA or do i have better chances with a different method?

Yes, that's a good approach.

Even If you don't answer the door and he leaves the package and takes a photo of the external property, It's useless. It doesn't change the fact that the package was dumped and left unattended, hence anyone could've stolen It.

Even If you don't answer the door and he leaves the package and takes a photo of the external property, It's useless. It doesn't change the fact that the package was dumped and left unattended, hence anyone could've stolen It.
So the package came from USPS when i wasn't there, a family member saw the postman take photos of the porch and he saw her take the box inside. Im not sure how much more success DNA usually is with usps rather than UPS or fedex but with all this taken into account are the chances better claiming DNA 2 days later or saying the box itself was tampered with and PS5 was missing?

If the photos were purely taken of the porch (externally), It's useless.

I'm trying to establish every event of the delivery - which will determine whether or not the DNA can be used, or the damaged package method.

Postman dropped off the package on the porch, took photos and then left back to the vehicle and marked as delivered, My family member then went outside and the postman witnessed her take the box inside the house and left. Package itself was pretty poorly packaged too, only air bubbles on one side of the box so the ps5 was probably bouncing around the box during transit. Since ps5 is a 3rd party vendor's item, but fulfilled by walmart claiming damaged package is still walmarts liability correct?

The driver's word holds no value to verify the shipment.

He could've lied and made the whole thing up.

Correct.

Walmart picks, packs and ships the goods, and also handles customer service on the vendor's behalf.
