Not particularly, just a method I could use for each of the items.

  • IPhone - Sealed box (not Amazon or Apple), wrong Item received, boxing, DNA (non-OTP delivery)
  • Airpods, Apple watch - EB/missing Item (first choice), DNA (non-OTP delivery), boxing

Apple Watch EB works on Apple or Amazon

just say the airpods and the charching box was missing. And if they ask the parcel and the apple box was perfectly sealed before you opened them

So you say the Airpods and Case were not in the AppleBox.

So not saying the whole apple box (with AirPods and case) were not in the package?

Yes, the whole box is too heavy. It must be the lightest possible (under 120gr)

What's the difference? Nothing.

Simply say that upon opening the box, the goods were missing.
