As with all methods, the sealed box Is not 100% fail-safe.

You cannot ensure the return will not be opened.

If they want it at all cost unopen they wont open it to check if its inside right?
Put simply, It says that goods must be returned In their original state and will only be accepted as such.

Whether or not they're opened, remains to be seen.

okay, thanks, i will be careful then

And they did blame it on the currier
I understand that, but what I don't comprehend, Is why the carrier Is liable for receiving a package without Its contents - of which they did their job by ensuring It was delivered to the correct address.

I didn't send it to my adress

I used a pickup shop i did go there to pick it up and then after i picked it up i contacted them 👍🏻

Hello again @mothered ! So I received the processor, I opened the box without breaking the sticker but there are some small traces of folds when I put it back in place again. I put you the pictures below. Do you think that this could attract suspicion and make the SE fail?

Thanks in advance for your answers

The folds appear minimal, but that's obviously purely based on an Image which may be deceiving.

Tell a friend to look at It, and ask him to point out any defects. If he can't see It, then most likely the company won't either.

The photo is quite faithful to reality. It is especially in sunlight that it shows slightly more than on the photo. If you look at the seal from a distance or if you don't pay really much attention, it is almost not visible. Do you think that according to this information it could be a disadvantage for me? Or is it usual that some signs of wear / folds are present on the seals?

Also if the SE fails I will make a paypal claim as I have not put anything in place of the CPU (it weighs 40 grams). I would argue that I don't know anything and just sent the package back unopened.

It's hard to conclusively judge on my end without physically looking at the box.

You'd be the best person to determine whether It will suffice.
