Package arrived today, I wasn’t home but I received a call from the courier guy because my address street number was wrong. I told him the correct number of my building. My mother was home and she picked the package from the balcony without any signature . So it is safe to dna?

Any red flag ? What should I say on the live chat , will the delivery guy or the company reach on me? Any trouble?

Should I contact them now or wait some hours and say that the status says delivered but I didn’t receive anything???

Nothing asked. Got email with refund. Maybe because my account is 3 years old with many orders
