Since it’s delivered to my university accom it will be the receptionist which is also where I will collect it from when ready

Not with the DNA.

Use another method such as the wrong Item received (need to act fast), or box them.

It arrives tommorow and I am only partly familiar with PEB and DNA.

What would the process be for boxing or wrong item and what questions could I expect to answer?

I think I am too far in my order to try wrong item method as The item is due to arrive tomorrow and it will be difficult to find a cheap alternative item that weighs similar to the tracksuit. I’ll have to return and try DNA at my home address

I am curious however what about being at an accommodation makes the DNA near impossible

If It's not already In transit, can you have It sent to another address?

It only gives option to; deliver to safe place, neighbour or pickup point
