That's a different story altogether.

You'd be using the "damaged package method", whereby (as Its name Implies) you say that the package arrived damaged and the goods were missing. If you opt for that and they try to dispute It, tag me and I'll provide a methodology that's fail-safe.

As you should be aware, a PR Is only required to move forward with the claim, hence there's no cause for concern.

As mentioned, It's too heavy to EB, so the damaged package method Is the alternative.

On the other hand, you've said your friend has had success with the DNA, so that's also an option.

Ok i think i will DNA if that fails then jus claim it arrived but then do the damaged package method
