It's less likely that a picking & packing error will be made on a couple of Items, as opposed to a single Item, so stick with only the one.

It's not a necessity, but preferably belonging to the same category/department.

do you have any idea of an item weighing around 1.4kg? Finding difficutly in doing so, Batteries seemed my best bet but i would have to go ahead with anotehr item to SE

Yes they have failed, but the SE'ers didn't decide to pursue It.

The argument Is, why go through the process of requesting a PR (that's only needed to move forward with the claim), when they had no Intention to approve It.

hey sorry ive never done this before i recently seen online i had ordered a ryzen 5600x which comes with a cpu fan not jus the cpu alone it was approx £168 and i was given a otp code as it comes with the cpu cooler im not sure whether to eb it ... thanks

just recieved package tried to avoid otp however had to give anyways the box label says 0.5kg would that be contents inside as i read the cpu and cooler wires all come up to 400-500g anyways or the box,

i mean i wouldnt mind just the cpu itself however it came with the cooler , shouldve got without it wouldve been easier right and i had already tried the live chat and told them i recieved box with nothing inside they now want a pr

i was also thinking before doing the eb method as i had a old ryzen athlon chip i was gonna replace it with the new one send back sealed but felt like it was a bit hard to do it properly without them noticing anyways im pretty sure u mentioned them having to ask for a pr means its going well otherwise they wouldve denied it already im just thinking its difficult as it wasn't just the cpu but with cooler and wires could i still claim eb as the weight difference is quite a bit

Although a PR Is Irrelevant when EB'ing, It's simply required to move forward with the claim, so go ahead and file It.

yeah i had emailed my local police saying that amazon said they cannot give me a refund until they get a police report, my question is even tho the box was heavy with cpu cooler and all still can say eb?, and the uk police wouldnt really investigate would they ? just read my issue and close it as theres not much they can do.
