None. They closed it on the fact that it was successfully delivered to my address
I realize they dumped It and took photos, but tell them to provide evidence of the package being handed over to a household recipient. It's no fault of your own that they left It unattended - they did It via their own volition, as opposed to making sure It was personally received.
