I was very new to the idea of SE so I had no idea of his methods so I took his words at face value.I understand your position. Every SE has a chance to succeed after It's been declined. At any rate, It's good to read you didn't end up paying the refunder. Question: Do you know if companies share information with each other about suspicious customers? For example, if I ran a DNA or boxing on Apple and was flagged as suspicious (my payment method, address, IP, etc.) is it possible future SE's would be affected by this? Other than through shipping companies, that there is some sort of general "sugar index" for individuals across many companies, not just one?
