If its UK Only but no KYC you might be able to reship your card to your home country

which one did you try bro?
If you would read the "How it works" in their section, you would have seen USD in the card amount on their gif. So yes, it doesn't work for Europe sites, because we use Euro not USD. But when you get the refund, will you get it to your prepaid card? You didn't mention anything about this.
