Even real banks don't issue credit cards if you don't put some money on their account first, the more you have the higher your CC limit A secured credit card you have to put money up if you have bad credit but otherwise you can get a high limit and use that for chargebacks because its not your money your using and during dispute they don't make you pay that on your bill.. If you chargeback on a debit card or virtual credit card the money is taken right from your bank account when you buy it and depending on the bank they either will give you a pending credit while they investigate or if its a bad bank wont give you shit until the dispute is over so you could be without your money for up to 90 days. A workaround is transferring money into Revolut or another VCC app bank from a bank account you have at a good bank. Then when these app banks make chargeback a hassle just dispute it with your original bank saying you never authorized $500 to be sent to Revolut. I only use VCC's for delivery apps like Instacart or doordash |
