That's perfectly understandable.

What about the obvious, being to DNA It? I don't remember whether they're liable for lost shipments, so If you don't know offhand and wish to pursue It, check their terms.

Risk of theft and loss is passed onto the buyer after the delivery is made. I'm assuming that dna is not possible?

I have looked at the official nanoleaf website, where you are able to get Route Protection/Insurance. It insures if a package is damaged or lost, don't know if it is susceptible to SEs though.

Correct.

After the package Is marked delivered to your address via GPS/tracking, they've released themselves from liability.

Route Protect is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

It definitely covers the DNA.

Is the cost of cover worth It?

Okay, so I went to their live chat, and they said that they actually do not have the option to use Route Protection yet, but they insure their shipments themselves for the meantime. They said that instead, they will do an investigation with the local courier and will compensate if it is found that it was lost.

They have lost shipments covered, but It's confirmed through chat communication, which holds no grounds If they state otherwise further down the track.

See If It's listed somewhere In their terms. When you have It In writing against their policy, It's solidified.
