I started a eb claim and opend PayPal dispute the day after for the unit itself and seperatley for x2 acsscories billed seperatley.

After 6 days they offerd a refund for the unit so case closed early. Then the seperate cases for accessories had no response from meta and paypal refunded me.

So did you send meta a mail first or straight to paypal?

Opend a eb claim with meta. Then after a few days opend paypal disputes for everything.

EB claim was successful before 10 days so was refunded. Other claims then went over 10 days so got refunded.
