Guess I'll just order the CPU and hope its the latter. If the item viewable from the outside, is an EB still possible or is it to risky because of the CCTV cameras? Boxing vs Empty Box?In this case, they're both equally effective. In terms of the EB, the main thing to check Is whether CCTV cameras are In place. That said, they can still be circumvented. Of course, the weight must also be compatible. What about the manufactures CCTV cameras, do they matter? They won't inquire about the production line with the manufacturer, it would be too lenghty of a job.
