Anyway the way to go is to photoshop with the help of a professional.
Even if you pay 20 euros, it will be worth it if they authorize a replacement worth 2000 euros.
But be ready because if they do accept the photoshop of the photo they asked, I think they will ask for the item back, which you don't have.
Also if they ask this it means they are obviously aware of these scams. Make sure the photoshop is good and that all additional data of the image are deleted (you can check the properties of the image to see additional data sometimes).

I am sorry but as there is no GPU there with you we can not process for replacement.

Now I'm considering whether to make an empty package or look for a boxer that does a job well done for me.
