Great method and big big thanks to the user who brought it to attention. My question is, would it be wise to try to do it again on a new account straight away, I could use a fake name and paypal but the adress would be the same. Is this risky?
Do the weight rules matter?
Can I buy a winter jacket and socks, and say the jacket was missing?
Yes the weight still matters, it would be sus asf if you claim that a 1kg jacket is missing from your package

I ordered 8 items, 3 pairs of pants and multiple tees for 400, and only paid for 2 15€ shirts. They aren't working smart for sure.
I definitely would change the name, change the address a little like st./street. But I'm sure I could hit them back to back with the same account, they are outsourcing the supports hardcore and they definitely use translators haha.

That's smart, thank you. What about the name? If it's to a pick up centre I guess you have to use your real name, to show ID for proof. My name is pretty rare so they'd see on the system

I am not sure, the original post made it clear to keep the total under 150, but others have claimed it works for up to 400 euro. It depends on the country I guess. I played it safe and kept it under 150, claiming the cheapest item which was like 20 hadn't arrived

I use fake names for drop offs all the time. Neve get asked for ID, I'd you do you can easily take a photo of an ID and edit name. Most will accept that but like I say most drop places are calm if you just give the name and have the tracking.

I see I see. I will test this out thanks

I tried doing this and my account was closed and order was cancelled. They say they could not verify the details. I'm guessing it's because I used a random address as the billing address? Do you know anyway to fix this?

Was it all fresh details? Did you match billing address to delivery address? Try using a 4/5g connection rather than WiFi if you can. IP can be linked sometimes on certain sites and result in cancelled orders. Personally not had this problem on asos but have on others.

Is it safe to change name address etc but still pay with same payment method? As in just changing card that you pay with and a few letters in name, but completely different address.
