It's not part of procedure/protocol to dump packages without verifying the delivery, so It will significantly help ensure the DNA's success.

i had to sign a legally binding document that says i didnt recieve it, i feel like i shouldnt have signed it. what do you think?

The document Is a declaration and affirmation to verify that what you're saying for nonreceipt of goods Is true and correct, which makes It legally binding.

If you weren't sure, why did you sign It without asking for advice on this board?
