Where do you get the SN from?

What’s a pop?

SN is on the product, multiple ways to get that. POP is just a proof of purchase. Just edit an Amazon invoice or something similar.

No doubt you know about It, but for those who don't, use this site to create an Invoice.

As per your comment below, you've used the disposed of the faulty Item method and boxing, which obviously means the Item Is non-existent.

Yet they're planning to repair It?

Quote:I recently used a combo of the SN + disposed faulty item + boxing methods on them.
Now I'm waiting for that, as it seems the company responsible of fixing said broken devices is treating my RMA as an actual repair (got emails like "we're waiting for pieces in order to repair your device...", lol)
Yeah. Weird asf, just like those time stores accept my RMA for items I never ever returned (I mean, having claimed EB with them, there wasn't anything I could've returned, was there?). I love this nonsense <3

Nonsense Is a perfect label for them.

I can't fathom how they fail to use common sense.
