Update: they are sending replacement, had to talk to rep on the phone. I said it was a gift for my father and when he opened it there was nothing inside.

I said my i had my dad open it as a suprise and there was nothing inside and he thought i was pranking him.

I don't think it could hurt. Just make it seem like you're getting upset that it hasn't arrived yet. Don't get mad at the rep, of course, be extremely sad and try to make the rep feel sorry for you. Tell them that your Dad's birthday has passed now and he still doesn't have the watch. That's what I'd do.
