Instant refund?

Yes. For me it was.
Good to know.

Given that's the case, It defeats the purpose of listing the other options.

I see a lot of SEeers doing Wayfair in the US. Anyone had experience in the UK? TIA

RE: Wayfair SE - DarkPowderX - 09-18-2022

Final Update: Used the method mentioned by Averie and the refund was issued upon request of a return. Once the process was finalized however I received a new message saying the return wouldn't be necessary.

Then go by the last correspondence - no return required.

That's what they'll have on record as the latest update on your claim.

A. Free Replacement - May have to return the original item.
B. Keep Item - 30% Refund
C. Return - %100 Refund

So I'm mauling over whether I should try the replacement and then send it back for a full refund, do a DNA, or justĀ  take the safer but way less attractive option of a 30% refund.

Clicking return there gives you a refund anyway. I've done it multiple times.

Are there only specific items this works for? or basically anything.
