Filed PR online 2 days ago and it still hasn't been looked at. I need PR to be completed or closed for refund to be actioned. Should I call Up or go into police station to complete? What is the best route to take?

Attending the police station will obviously get the job done, but If you cannot do It physically, enquire whether It's acceptable over the phone.

I'm being told they were unable to verify my Police report. I feel like they are just stalling but they are now saying they will still investigate it outside of the police report. Should i continue to question why the police report was not verified as that alone should have completed the investigation.

A very poor reply - It does not explain In any way as to why the PR cannot be verified.

Ask them to elaborate on the Issue.

They have refused to elaborate as the case was apparently escalated past a police report (which they now no longer need). They have denied my refund for the most expensive item as it had an OTP code attached, even though they provided me a refund for other items within the same package. Confused on where to go from here. I've been arguing that it makes no sense as they refunded me for other items within the package but they continue to stand firm

Request a re-escalation on the grounds your claim has been mismanaged as per below.
