In a nutshell, the one-time exception generally works when the claim was predominantly In your favour but for one reason or another, It was declined.

You'd then request the exception on the grounds that there's sufficient evidence to have It approved.

So do you think stating that it didn’t turn on would be a good strategy? How would I make this claim seem predominately in my favor?

Probably gonna require a PR but shouldn't be too horrible since it's release week and they'll be slipping up a lot.

Simply box them.

Simply box them.

I have never boxed before. I am more confident in talking over the phone with customer service and trying to get a refund. I really want to use my one time exception for this, I just need a good strategy for requesting the one-time exception.

I did read up on your article revolving around boxing though. Would the dry ice method work best for the Apple iPhone?

I understand your position - you've made a very valid point.

I always suggest to use an approach/method you're comfortable and most Importantly, confident with.

Absolutely.

In terms of the IPhone 13, It's only around 175 grams, hence there's minimal dry Ice required, thereby It's not too difficult to calculate the sublimation time.
