RE: Philips Question - pasqui - 11-19-2022

I'm trying to hit a Philips toothbrush with the SN method. They asked me to send the toothbrush back for a replacement. What is the best method to solve the problem?

Box them.

Why do people struggle with the fact that you need to FTID now. It was raped when it was automatic so yall too late for that , so just NORMAL FTID box it. Wait 1 week or so and its automatic

I don't know why they bother considering It to begin with, when there's an array of traditional methods that have a proven track record of success with just about every company.

There's no need to FTID anything when the deal's about a toothbrush. Just send them an empty box (the handle alone weighs < 120 grams) and that's it.
It's NOT automatic at all, they'll see they received an empty box, but they'll often make one-time exceptions and send you a replacement / refund you anyway.

RE: Philips Question - Olafatron - 11-22-2022

I did a replacement with Oral B with a chipped tooth excuse, then boxed for the replacement.
