Just wanted to update support staff said that he’ll be processing the warranty claim, surprised that it was that easy as this is my first time doing The S/N method. Thanks for the help mothered

It worked? they said they would be investigating mine for 24-48hours, does that mean it worked?

Nope they just said the do a investigation and then processed the claim
