Going to have to try, do you mean photoshop the form by adding text or by cleaning it up like getting rid of shadows amd such.

I might have to start another thread in order to get some help to finish it. There's stuff on the empty report that I have no idea how to answer.

What's a good way to share the screenshot of the incident report for others to use as well as to help me fill it in?
