FedEx why?

With stores where I am unsure I always drop the labels to a boxer and ask for LIT - once they lose track of the shipment and tracking doesn't update, you got a solid claim.

that's a good idea I don't think there was a lit option with FedEx tho

Boxers should offer LIT services for FedEx.
