I've only experienced less than a handful of occasions where the police Investigated It further.
Oh okay makes sense. Also, I contacted Amazon again and they said that I have to wait 5-7 days for the report to be completed even though the police case manager told me that I can just give them my case number after she had called me which is weird.

3)How long did you wait to contact CS
4) What was your alibi
5)Have you SE'd on the account in the past? If so was it for high value items or low value tiems
I also think the time of day you contact them matters. I would say wait for Indian CS
