For now they said that considering the informations given, the package has been delivered to the right address. Which was always the case since I said that everything arrived and nothing was tampered, etc... Classic Missing item scenario.
I tried to explain the possible misunderstanding to another rep but after a few messages, he stopped replying and every time I went back on chat it was the same one connecting and not replying....
They asked me to file a new PR. But I already had a hard time getting that one since there were no since of theft since everything was packed correctly.
I'm going to try to get a new PR, but yeah something that was supposed to be easy as hell, definitely went sideways haha.
Did you send a PR already ?

It's blatantly obvious and a matter of common sense, that the delivery status has no relevance whatsoever to claiming goods were missing from the package when you received It.

Yeah right ? I feel lost for words since there's really nothing I could have done better tbh.
And the last answer I had was basically : "I understand, file a PR and send it to this address, bla bla bla" even though I already did.
Did not contact any Rep since yesterday waiting for you guys wise advices. But yeah the situation sucks big time haha.
Also I filed the PR online so I can basically right anything on it whenever I want but since it's done digitally and not signes I think they'll not accept it the second time either. And like you said if I go to a police station they won't take my deposition for this matter, since there is no theft involved...

Basically they said that the order number was missing and the stamp form the police station which both was not missing !
And also the fact that the police did not write precisely that they were gonna investigate this matter. BUT IT'S NORMAL BECAUSE THERE IS NO SIGN OF THEFT.
And I keep telling the rep to check with their own eyes that it's on it. And they keep sending me the general email saying some informations are missing (he one above)... I wanna blow my brain out
Never had that much issue for something so dumb.
I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Should I photoshop what's "supposedly missing" since nobody gonna care about this case at all ?

I realize they've said the claim was escalated, but request a re-escalation and ask them why they cannot see the logic with the PR you've provided.
