Wizards was disbanded due to Vanillla being banned and was replaced by $.
CashFX was disbanded awhile ago and most likely became Light or something of that time period.
Light, Legacy, and $ were disbanded for only paying 50 dollars. Opening up three new spots, one of which became Judgement.
As for Capital, It never officially became a group. Blue has said things about it, but it has never come.
I see people are calling Blue a tyrant now.

Capital was just an idea thought of by me and Pal. It might still happen. Only time will tell.
