Adidas is a pain when it comes to DNA. My last one was a busy because their trace claimed that carrier gps says it was delivered. Had to start a charge back.

It only confirms delivery to an "address", and not "person-to-person". What If the driver didn't bother doing his job, and dumped It on the pavement In front of your house and someone stole It? Does that deem a successful delivery of receipt of goods?

Exactly!! I explained that to 4 different reps. They keep insisting that once the claim with FedEx has been closed, reopening it will not yield a different result. I even ask to speak with a supervisor. Same thing was repeated back to me. This went on for a good 2-3 weeks before I charge back.
This address was the first time for adidas. Normally adidas shouldn't be this difficult according to countless threads.

Yes, very unfortunate. I think this might just be a one off incident. AMEX was very accommodating and instantly credited me for the full amount.
