But today, the shipman called me and she was sure that the parcel is delivered to the office.
As per below, that's why I mentioned to not hit the DNA - complications will be experienced.

Will the office comply with her request?

Not good practice, the DNA should not have been used.

I'll await your reply and take It from there.

I am not sure whether the manager will comply with her inquire. But what I think is: the inquiring rules of CCTV should be strict because my apartment is a decent apartment. If the parcel is relative with me, the office should get permission of mine, instead of just for her single request.
And also another situation is:
Just after I got my refund from CS agent A, there is another CS agent B (who was talking with the refunder on the window) sent me another email that as the investigation processing, I can negotiate with him to get a replacement. ( which means the agent A and agent B did not communicate well on this)
And I did not reply at that time.
Here this situation seems like the consequence of the investigation lunched by agent B.
So I followed what refunder suggested, emailed agent B " You colleague has already investigated and issued me a refund, no further action needed.

I hope this gonna work. and I just plan to hold the action of the shipman for a while and wait for the reply. Or even I gonna just ignore her call.
The item she inquiring is 399$, will this put me into the jail or not, I don't know if this is severe. I am a foreigner tbh. So I am concerned about this.
Or it is just below 900$ and the police will just ignore what the woman said.

Hi, mothered. I did not receive anything after the call from the shipman on the tuesday morning. I think after next day morning, if she doesn't call me again. I think she will give up.
And I try to request the surveillance footage of the apartment, (at which I said I wanted to make sure if I throw something wrong.) They just replied the camera is not in the right angel and would not be clear enough. So, I think it would be not easy, at least an outside shipman for 400$. to request the camera footage.

There is another thing I need your advice is that I just DNAed a 200$ of Crocs, which is shipped by UPS, and I did not DNA with UPS before, just LIT once. the order is 220$ at all.
When I talked with the CS of Crocs that I did not receive it. They offered the refund in 4-8 days but mentioned that they will not be responsible for any loss of a delivered parcel.
So what I think is will this loss (220$) all be deducted from the salary of the shipman?
Even if I can lie that maybe I finally found the parcel, if the shipman try to find me trouble, or something else. I think it is not that easy to make police response for this kind of parcel losing.

What is your opinion I may ask.

The delivery driver should not be billed for the cost of the item.

Normally either the retailer or the shipping company will bear the cost.

Correct.

On the grounds the drivers are not private contractors, It goes through UPS - they're Insured for lost shipments.
