I sent them my legal statement, and then they asked for id
I said no item was in the box

Hm, i think they asked me 2 times out of mabye 15..

Do they keep id and hold them up? Is there anything wrong in having 2 accounts? So i could just give them my regular id they had before? What could the issue be

Tell them you've recently lost/misplaced your wallet that, among other things, contained your IDs.

You can't give what you don't have.

If they still request ID, them them that It will take quite a while to prove your Identity when applying for new documents.
