You can use Klarna for refunding it works fine.

Maybe they are using someone else’s details to get the credit.

If I tell you what I'm thinking of, It will obviously be discussed - which Is not my Intention.

@shinee that would be pretty cheeky. Just DNA and pay 25% for it. I hope not. And out of the 10 refunds through Klarna, did you get a rebill?

@K03NT3S31N that's right. The bank is mostly there for the customer.

@mothered is it because it is LIT or FTID? Or because it is something that is against the rules? I personally don't want anything to do with LIT or FTID. That's why I asked here what could be behind the method with Klarna.

What always repulses me about chargebacks via credit card, bank, Klarna is that you can get a rebill (Unless Fraud has happened). The seller can always take action against it.

After writing some more back and forth, I found out that he does not even need the login for Klarna. I should only "pay later - in 30 days" via Klarna. The money would also be back within 24-48 hours.

I really don't feel like risking a rebill. And pay a lot of commission on top of that. I still wonder why I should pay via Klarna, but he does not need the login at all.

well I dont contact klarna at all. just use klarna pay in 30 days, usually the refund is processed before that. so I dont pay anything. ofc I also use klarna to pay legitimately from time to time
EDIT: I think he might be contacting Klarna directly, which could get you in trouble down the line so yeah. If the person cant elaborate any further I wouldnt personally go through with it, as you just trust a random on the internet to not get into trouble. but thats just my opinion.

No.

I don't support both methods.
