Not only did they not refer to the CCTV footage, but they also didn't bother Investigating the Item weights.

Was a 10 year account, with +500 orders and 0 refunds or claims, maybe 1 time exception?

The account may have played a role In the SE's success, but If the claim was thoroughly assessed, It would've served very little to no purpose.

I'm thinking about doing Samsung wrong item received, buying their cheapest phone (139€) in other account and holding the new flip 4 which weights the same nearly. But you need a ID to order and even ID and phone number to ship it to citypack, anyone tried citypack with a random ID?
