I live in a apartment building so they take it to my local Aus post office and I go and collect it
Do they not buzz you on arrival and If you don't answer, a missed delivery note Is left and It's then taken to the post office?
they just take it to my local post office maybe because the assigned mailbox for my address can only fit letters.

That's strange.

Regardless of the mailbox size, Australia Post attempts to contact the recipient on arrival and If no one Is there to accept the delivery, the package Is redirected to the nearest post office. Not sure why It's not the case with yourself. At any rate, you will need to show your ID when collecting the package, which complicates the DNA.

Someone at your address may have setup parcel redirection which may explain why they are all automatically going to the post office.
I'd jump in Auspost liveChat and ask them why your parcels are going straight to the post office without you having a chance to collect it from home.

They never ask for id tho I just show them a QR code if that changes anything

Thanks for letting me know hopefully I can change it so it doesn’t automatically get sent to the post office.

It serves the same purpose as an ID - the QR code Is dedicated to you.

You reckon there’s still away to get a refund or should I just return it?

It only affects the DNA.

Simply opt for another method.

You think a bad smell method will work for the clothes and that I threw them away?

How many Items are there, and Is each one Individually packaged?

The first package has 3 items they are packaged in different plastic bags.
