That aside, If you experience complications from other reps, be sure to always reference the latest conversation:

I checked my post app and it says that its been returned today so do I just now wait that they contact me or does money just appear to my bank? My amazon refund status just says refund requested.

If there's no Issues, you should receive confirmation once It's processed.

I returned the item and it said it Was returned last weeks monday then thursday package continued moving in germany and now its 1 week without updates. Just asking that if anyone experienced like this?

Amazon website says: Aug 12 Item is on the way back
So basically. DHL website says it was delivered 18.august but 19 august it still was in sorting center. Deutchepost (german post office) says it was delivered 19 august to amazon. Amazon website says its way back there. I contacted chat support again and they said I will be contacted with email in 24hours. Also I got call from local police that they wont be investigating this thing and police report was useless. They will send some kinda document through the mail. So this is littlebit a messy situation..

They haven't send the email yet even it salmost 48hours after that so I went to the chat again now they said that return/refund process takes 21days so I am gonna get my refund at the latest as september 2nd they said... Its funny how messy the whole situation is
I am starting to not care about the refund anymore
