I recently built a new computer by SEing most of the parts. I feel like pre-builts are not as good as custom builds.

Walmart for my GPU 3080ti. Took about a week for refund to be issued.

I claimed DNA, 1 day after receiving it. The rep asked me to wait 2 more days because sometimes packages get marked as delivered but not actually arrived. Called back 3rd day and they filed a trace. Called in everyday for an update. 7th day they offered me a refund or replacement.
