No Issue whatsoever - tracking only confirms delivery to an "address" and not "person-to-person".

They've dumped the package at your porch, hence anyone could've stolen It which essentially means you did not personally receive It.

They have no Idea on the whereabouts of the package, which Is why they're asking once again to check with the neighbours.

What type of document are they requesting to sign?
