Damaged items due to the boxes being damaged.
They rejected claim after long investigation on basis I didn’t provide tracking Id that I returned the product. This is nonsense on the basis of the items were returned (ftid) and is marked as delivered. Additionally I sent them this information.
I will be appealing.
I also created fake invoice that wasn’t questioned either.
Issue seems to be the fact they stated I didn’t prove I returned the products which I will, of course appeal against.

I find this very strange they rejected the FTID.
If you're in Canada, and they requested purolator, they likely delivered it to the business(Purolator is the answer to refunders atm). There are many many issues with Mississauga at the moment. We need a little more information about the return depot, disputed store etc.
If it's Canada/USA I can help you, but likely this refund is botched. Return the merchandise and we can try elsewhere.

This has nothing to do with US/Canada.
Once I phone paypal, and using some SE skills. I should be able to get the refund.
