RE: Nike return wrong item - D1919 - 08-09-2022

The parcel has just been delivered to behind my bin, just seen on my camera that they placed it there. Perfect for a DNA? Not long done one though, could raise suspicion I would imagine?

Could be worth a try and can always follow up with my second method.

Just to update - DNA successful on Nike ID’s (custom), second DNA on the Nike in 2 months, same address, name etc

Contacted once on live chat a week ago and had no further contact with them, they didn’t even email anything over to me. Investigation was resolved today (7th day).

Nike once again proving their investigations are absolutely useless!

Thats crazy. Tried to do adidas for trainers 4 months after my last SE with legit purchases inbetween, they straight up denied any sort of refund because they gave me a refund for DNA before.

Crazy, it’s like they didn’t even record check that I’d recently done one. I think it’s massively been in my favour that the delivery driver has not once handed the parcel to me and left it outside instead

I'm located in EU and I think it has a high chance to work in my case because in the past I've returned clothes and shoes in literally dogshit condition (stains, dirt etc) and I always got full refund on orders.
With Nike what you need to check/try to research is if the company Nike is outsourcing returns to (in your country) meticulously checks items that are being returned by customers.
Decided to drop an update on my suggested method.
It did work out on one item (the one that resembled ordered item the most), had to contact their CS to get refunded on rest of the items. Only had to send them proof of postage. If anyone might consider doing it in the future I recommend doing it partially (Order x quantity of items, place x-1 wrong items and 1 right item, get refunded for all items or only 1 ---> if only 1 contact CS and get a refund on everything else)
