Update:
Received the iPhone I wanted for about 30m to call and claimed EB, I got transferred 2 times and ended up with a lady telling me that I will need to provide pictures of the box in about a day or 2 for their investigation team.
She also told me that if everything goes right I would get a refund in about 3 - 5 days.
She asked me if I wanted an exchange or a refund, I said a refund and I would be it in store instead of waisting my time buying it online and she also gave me a coupon lol hopefully I did the right move there.
And for the pictures, taking pocutre of the box including the chargers, SIM card pin everything? Damn I wouldn't beleive it if I was them..

Another UPDATE:
That was fucking quick, I just got an email confirming my refund. Either I got lucky af, or they sleeping on it.
It's probably because my account was old and their one time pass.
How long should I wait before opening the phone? Pretty sure until the investigation is done right? If there's one going on.
LET'S SAY that I would want to go at it a second time (which I won't) but let's say, could I just create a new account under a new ip etc etc.. with the same name / address or should I switch the name up and put typos in the address. Or a drop location.

Didn't even had the time to send the pictures, I was told I would send them in about 2 days when the investigation team email me.

You should wait until the funds are cleared in your account, then its safe to use it
