You can start a claim on the website for lost packages and they’ll  send a replacement while dealing with the courier, best to go through that than ask for a refund straight away

I'm not sure so about this but interested to hear your experience in more detail

It's an advance replacement.

In the meanwhile, an Investigation will be opened with the carrier and If their findings deem the replacement was not warranted, they'll reverse the claim.

i think they said something about GPS, but i kept pushing for DNA

Not really. UPS gave me a call and didnt sound too happy about the situation and said they we're going to make all my packages signed from now on. Hopefully they done stick with that, it would be an inconvenience

I'm very interested in the ID websites, but hearing conflicting information regarding susceptibility. They only offer paid international shipping for me so I am a little hesitant with the hassle and it may result in
