You shouldn't be running back and forth trying to sort out the claim, that's the company's job, not yours.

Request an escalation.
They said they wanted a receipt of postage too

You should have the tracking number (as will they). I don’t know why they’d want a UPS receipt.  What does it show?

Well, if they’ve found an empty package and this was FTID then unfortunately your boxer has screwed up, and I think proof of postage is probably irrelevant.

Im guessing they all want receipts so im gonna get them from a boxer i guess and see if it works

Yea maybe, but still worth a shot with the receipt as i feel like i can se my way out of this
