Apple are a right pain in the arse to deal with.
Don’t be surprised if they require a police report. They shamelessly tried to get me to pay for one until the police contacted them directly.

Yep, no copy was made, it was checked just to match the name on the parcel. I think the driver signed the parcel himself.
