Just bought a few SN to start seeing Logitech, if you could help me with those photos, would be amazing!
Update: just started to chat with the agent, went for the troubleshooting questions, blablabla.
Told him my mouse wasnt properly connecting and was DoubleClicking while i was just doing 1 click, he tried to help me with a guide but i told him isnt working.
he asked for SN and pop, provided SN and said i couldnt give pop because i bought the mouse for my son and as he wasnt complaining when i bought the mouse i threw away the ticket... Hope It works...
Now hes asking me to give him back the Broken mouse, so i think i Will have to box It...
Any suggestion @mothered ?

121 gr + 18 gr, so 139 gr
Before helping me more they asking me for a pop, so here i got trapped, nothing i can do

yeah sure, feel free to dm me on site, i have a photo that you could photoshop for the images.
also be careful with the S/N's your best bet is to just ask people already selling them for it as the S/Ns are listed on the box for logitech devices

Since you're from Spain, why don't you try faking POP from pc componentes? I did that with another brand associated to Logitech and it worked so either they didn't cross-check or they can't cross-check that shop.

Havent bought nothing on pccom, so if you could provide me a pop of them would be amazing.

Bought like 15 SNs for that mouse, they kept asking for pop and sn no Matter what did i say about the issue, so i Guess i Will have to get a pop from pcoomponentes, spanish shop, and try again with a new SN
