The EB/missing Item method against the Apple watch, still maintains a high success rate, so you shouldn't experience major complications.

I don't see a problem, if someone else sign (if even, as nobody gets signatures anymore) you can just claim it's not yours and still claim DNA

btw, apple watch EB was sucessful Smile literally took me 10 mins to get it
